MEET YOUR HOSTS
Hi, love! We are so happy you are here. We are your Glow Up Retreat hosts,
Shirin Eskandani, Chrissy King, and Allison Tenney.
Shirin is a life coach, public speaker, and writer who has been a featured wellness expert on the Today Show and in Cosmopolitan Magazine. She is certified by the International Coach Federation, and her holistic approach to transformation is influenced by her background in guided meditation, spirituality, and the arts.
Before building her successful coaching business, Shirin was an award-winning opera singer, performing at Carnegie Hall and The Metropolitan Opera. She is the co-founder of Brown Girl Brunch and has collaborated with companies including Soho House, Maha Rose Center for Healing, 109 World, and Splendid Spoon. She is based in Brooklyn and enjoys meditation as much as she enjoys The Real Housewives.
Chrissy is a writer, speaker, strength coach, and self-proclaimed truth teller with a passion for intersectional feminism and creating a diverse and inclusive wellness industry. She has been featured in SELF, BuzzFeed, Muscle & Fitness, and Livestrong, among others.
Chrissy empowers women to stop shrinking and start taking up space and using their energy to create their specific magic in the world. When she’s not serving her clients by empowering them to create stress-free and sustainable lifestyles and feel confident and empowered in their skin, she spends her time lifting all the weights, reading, traveling, and hanging with friends and family.
Allison is a strength coach who runs an online training business built on the belief that movement and heavy lifting are empowering and fun. Through strength training and fitness, Allison helps women build next-level strength, confidence, and the courage to seize their personal power.
Allison combines her passion for movement and strength training with her commitment to social justice. She aims to elevate the standards in the fitness profession and make it inclusive for everybody and every body.
Allison lives in Orlando, Florida, with her husband and two daughters, and she enjoys coffee, sunshine, kettlebells, and living her best life.
