MEET YOUR HOSTS

Hi, love! We are so happy you are here. We are your Glow Up Retreat hosts,
Shirin Eskandani, Chrissy King, and Allison Tenney.

Social media brought us together, and what holds us together is our shared love of all things strength, sisterhood, living our best lives … and donuts. For real, though.

We recognize the power we women hold when we can help each other rise as well. We believe in letting our lights shine brightly and want to help you do the same.
