Does “all-inclusive” mean that air travel and ground transportation from and to the airport are included?

Your Glow Up Retreat registration doesn’t include air and ground transportation.

SunMountain Center is located 25 minutes from Colorado Springs Airport and about an hour and a half from Denver International Airport. You have a few options:

• Consider renting a car or van or carpooling with other retreat attendees.
• If you’re flying into Colorado Springs Airport, Lyft, Uber, YellowCab or another cab service are the most economical and efficient options.
• If you’re flying into Denver International Airport, your best bet is generally a door-to-door shuttle service such as Transit Van Shuttle or Door-to-Door Shuttle. Cabs are also available from Denver International Airport directly to SunMountain Center.

I have food restrictions. Can they be accommodated?

Your event registration includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided by the retreat center, along with a packed lunch to take with you for the road on Monday. It is all organic, gluten-free, and vegetarian, with ingredients sourced from the Center’s on-site farm. If you have specific dietary needs or restrictions, please let us know ahead of time so we can give the on-site chef a heads up. Please feel free to bring extra snacks.

Will I have any free time throughout the retreat?

Some free time is scheduled each day so you can reflect, rest, and recharge in whatever way feels best to you.

What is the complimentary spa service?

You will receive a complimentary two-hour soak at the SunWater Spa. You won’t need to book it in advance. Learn more here: sunwellness.net/sunwater/soaking.

I see there are quad and double rooms. How will rooms be assigned?

You’ll get to choose your room preference when you register. Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis depending on what’s available. If you want the lower rate or a specific type of room, your best bet is to register as soon as possible to secure your spot!

What should I pack for the Glow Up Retreat?

Bring comfortable clothes that allow you to move and be active, sunscreen, and appropriate shoes for walking, hiking, and group fitness activities. You can leave your yoga mat at home. SunMountain provides them.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes! You only need to pay the deposit to hold your spot. Your remaining balance is due May 1.

Is there a refund policy?

We have a no-refund policy. We also understand that sometimes serious or catastrophic things happen unexpectedly. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
